The Apartheid was, quite simply, disgusting. How can people legitimately think that people should be segregated by the color of their skin? How can they go so far as to designate "black" and "white" phone booths? doorways? drinking fountains??? It's mind boggling. I wonder if the childhoods of those on Parliament in S. i can dig the word epiphany, since i seem to be having so many recently, and i am definately down with elliott, but i'm not so sure about the apartheid. it sort of rubbed me the wrong way.

yeah, disgusting. these things also happened in our country, and not that long ago... just something to think about...

I'm fully aware. and that disgusts me just as much, if not more. However this entry was inspired by something I was reading for history, which was about S. Africa, a topic I didn't know so much about beforehand.
