Try making under 9k...that how I qualify.

When did you submit your FAFSA? I hear that the earlier you send it in, the better your chances, but I think it's hit or miss, to be honest.

well actually i sent mine in around march this year. i did it right after i did my taxes.

and i hope i didn't offend you =] i just get angry for brief periods and start dishing out random words towards any given crowd, not specific people.

I sent mine in at the end of January.

Don't worry, you didn't offend me. I work part-time and live at home. I can understand how frustrating it is for people that can't afford to go to school and are told "too bad, no financial aid for you".

i can't say i know how you feel about the grants and such, but basically it's the same way at work. the little teenie boppers come in b/c their parents say they HAVE to get a job, so then they spend their money on pot, tanning bed memberships, etc, when the rest of us are trying to pay bills and survive. ugh...
