hi, i have a question about the hebrew name zev

the name comes from the hebrew word for "wolf", which is spelled zayin alef vet. zayin vav can look like "zoh", which doesn't really mean anything... I'm not sure what you need this for, but for it to be the name ze'ev, only the zayin alef vet spelling would suffice.
