Get something to do with forresty/animalish/tombrownish/symbolism to it? like some kind of manly animal paw prints or something.

actually, get whatever you feel you want, draw it or somehow otherwise make it your own, and make sure there's meaning behind it so you never get sick of it and feel like a dumbass for getting it.

and wait -- did you just turn 18, or are you now just officializing it? cuz i swear to goodness if I missed your birthday I will feel like the worst person ever...
