Whatever you do, don't start worrying that you're thinking the wrong thing. That's what you're worried about? That's okay, go with it. My parents separated when I was eleven adn frankly the only thing I cared about was what was going in my lunch for school the next day. I really didn't give a f**k, still don't. My father sent me to a therapist cos he thought I wasn't dealing with my feelings and she told them that I was uncommonly mature. More mature than most adults she's ever met.

Just deal with it however you feel. You don't have to care. You don't have to worry. That's their life, and maybe it does effect you emotionally... but you're worried about really important things to do with your life, and focus on them. It will make it easier for your parents because they know you're dealing with it okay.

Thanks. I know they're doing the right thing for themselves, but I hate that it's going on right now when so much is in the air. Honestly, I wish they'd done this before the dream house and the neighbors we can't escape. It's all just a mess. But thanks for the advice, I'm sure I'll be using it soon ;)

Uhoh, not the dream house. Why do people do this to themselves? And why do neighbours have to get involved? Surely they have their own lives to live. Seriously. Neighbours can be so annoying.
