Nearing the halfway mark of the month and we've avoided a major crisis. I'm not sure... the police maybe? If not, you could probably get a really good one from the Deities... Otherwise, give me some time to check the Black Market down in the Underground... I bet I could find at least a basic one there.

If not, maybe find the best group of people that will help Riley to learn... A little time with them, and he'll come around.
