This week is spring break and I've decided to use this week to getting off my caffeine pills. I started taking them when I worked at Starbucks, waking up at 4 am for the early shifts and after I left I had stopped for a while.. but then after a while I started taking them again to fight my depression.. so I've been taking them consistently for 3 ( Read more... )

If you can call it a drug. Nobody even knows if it's bad for you or not. I have to lower my doasge to avoid eavy withdrawls.. and there are things that I need to do this week that require concentration and I can't focus on anything when I'm not on caffeine. I'm like a zombie.

it is a drug if u can't do without it. so technically, it is YOUR drug. lower it like two a day & sooner or later, u wont need it anymore. just try to get energy without it.

My eyes are both blue and green.. they become more green when my pupils dilate so it looks like they change colors.

i've started taking caffeine too, well, pills that have caffeine in them..and ephedra..i kinda worry about the consequences, but not really..i think i shouldnt have told you but i dont know you so it's ok
