As far as I can see, it's a special Orico Credit Card (like UPty ones), it costs 1500 yen a year, and 1000 yen from these 1500 go to this charity campaign. There are 2 kinds of cards - one for Dears, and another one for not-members of Dears, they differ a little, but the idea is the same.
