Singapore weather... in London.

So it's 35 degrees Celsius in London today. Which is pretty much par for the course in Singapore really, so it's like London is helping us acclimatise to Singapore weather before we go back home

haha SAD! That is kind of funny :D
and god, packing in that kind of heat must be exhausting! I hope that you'll get to check things in alright, because nothing is worse than having forced a suitcase closed and then having to reopen and reorganise for some reason at border control. and 30 kg is a lot...pretty much when the suitcase is heavy enough that you cannot lift it anymore, then you're at 30 kg. They also have scales at most airports, where you put a pound in and can weigh it before getting in line for the luggage drop off. Pretty ure Healthrow has them, too, even though I've never come through there.

I'm actually really half-terrified of having to repack my biggest suitcase!! We bought this wire-shelf in the UK which we really love, and it's easily broken apart and easily assembled, but the sides are far too long to fit in our shipping boxes and literally barely fit into the biggest suitcase. So that suitcase suffers from being probably far too heavy (I had to really zip it up bit by bit) and very stretched from having to accommodate two metal U-shaped frames!

Hahaha oh well! Cross fingers, and like you mentioned, go to the airport early and weigh it ourselves haha.
