[Luke stares at the person on the other side of the journal. The voice is familiar, but... he'd never seen Miyabi like this before. He never knew what she looked like - she was either too small or... well, furry. So, he opens his mouth, shuts it, then tries again.]

[Miyabi, despite looking like she just ran the entirety of the barrier twice, smiles when she sees the familiar redhead.]

Hehe! That's because of this thing...here. [She turns her journal around, letting the camera catch sight of a bouncing, shimmering little mallet under a tree. Thankfully, the thing finally started listening to her.] That's the...Lucky Mallet. It's from my homeland. It...makes things big or small...when you get hit with it. I use it to become big sometimes.

[She takes a deep breath, swallowing hard.] How are you doing, Luke?

Sure, I'll be right over. [Erza was always up for an opportunity to practice; she'll just have to try and learn to hold back for once.]

Erza... Thank you. Ah, I'm...Miya. [She breathes heavily and bows her head politely. She was still breathless from practicing Veil of Mist, but she wanted to actually test it on someone, as well and some new and basic moves with just her sword.] I'll be...waiting.

[It doesn't take Erza long to get there, mainly because the Battle Dome is so close to her apartment building. She arrives unarmed, but upon seeing the type of sword that Miyabi uses, she summons a similar one into her hand. She figures it's best to use a similar type of weapon in case she has to demonstrate anything.]

[Shoot, and she was hoping for a quick breather to regain some strength. Erza's swift arrival made the girl blink, and stand up from her sitting position, holding her sword out. She looked a bit exhausted, but determined all the same.]

Same to you. [She smiled, and bowed respectfully to her opponent.] I'm ready.

[Voice] I feel like I should re-introduce myself, it's been so long >.>

[It doesn't take a wild guess to figure out why she's needing to practice. He wishes it did.]

[Oh, my. That's a voice she hasn't heard in quite some time! Regardless, that just makes the girl smile even more, even though she's so tired already.]

[Strangely enough the mist - though it makes Naoki feel slow and heavy - has a strangely comforting feel. It wasn't a dark presence, more like a zen kind of calm. A mist one could just relax in.

Of course, once he breaks the tree line, he'll find a young girl pushing herself up on her sword, rubbing her brow free of sweat. Ugh. She was so out of practice. And the power caps were not helping any. Nor was the fact that her head was ringing like a bell - so Naoki went unnoticed as she held out her sword to try again, breathing deeply.]

Eh?! [Miyabi blinks just as the finishes making one line of ink in the air - which instantly hardens like a blade, and...topples the nearest tree. O-Oops, unintentional Powerslash!] ...Oh, shoot. I'm going to have to fix that now, too... What a waste of ink.

[Finally, she turns to Naoki, wiping her face.] Yes...I'm fine. Sorry if I...startled you.
