hehe i'm sorry!! i can't wait to post them though. i took pictures of the other pups too. i couldn't believe how tiny they were. like hamsters. the first litter is two weeks old and have their eyes open but chewbacca and his litter still have their eyes closed :) i have a picture of chewbacca's mother too, and he has the same coloring as her - mostly caramel with some white on his face/legs.

Congrats :) I cannot wait to see pictures! I don't think ive ever seen a one week old chi :) also, make sure he is at least 8 weeks old before you get them because in most states its illegal to take them before the age of 8 weeks and reputable breeders wont let them be sold or away from their mommy until they are between 8-12 weeks. Im sure you know this already and im not trying to patronize you, just letting you know because better safe than sorry and ive seen a lot of people in this community get a dog at the age of like 5 or 6 weeks and have really bad problems occur!!

yeah, she actually said she's going to bring them to the vet at 6 weeks and get clearance to let them go then if the vet says it's okay... but i told her i'd like to wait a little longer and she said she has no problem keeping him with his mother until he's 8 or 9 weeks, which is great. she did say that the longer she keeps them, the better it is for the pups. but i'm going to wait until at least 8 weeks, and maybe even longer.

and they are so incredibly tiny!!! i can't wait to post the pics :)

Uh, you just said in your last post that you'll be bringing it home in a month. That means he'll only be five weeks old. That is way too damn young to separate a puppy from it's mother and litter. Way, WAY too damn young.
