4th Annual Mega Meet & Greet

TIME: 12:00pm - 4:00pm (non-official ending time)
LOCATION: Millennium Park Chicago (see below for meeting areas)
It's that wonderful time again! Time to get frilly and meet all the wonderful Lolitas in our community.
Picnic! Games! Raffle!!
Millennium Park is a current location. If the place does change I will change it ASAP. Like last year, we will meet at Bean and walk to the park behind Millennium Park (the "G spot"). There we will have a picnic (as time gets closer please comment with what you will be bringing if you are going to participate in the group picnic) I will also be holding the bento lunch contest again for a cute prize! Please comment as well if you will participating.
Meet-up area will be at the Bean at the Millennium Park from 12:00pm-12:30pm.
Then we will walk to our meet-up area, which is located across from the park.
Same location as last year, on Columbus and Monroe on the pedestrian bridge. Between Maggie Daley Park and Cancer Survivors Park.
:Bento Contest:
Bring your cutest bento to be judged. No theme, just free for all. Judged based on color, artistic design, and how appetizing it looks.
The bento contest will start at 1:30pm at the picnic location.
:Raffle:
We will announce names, beforehand you will be given pen and a slip of paper to write your names. If there are more than one person with the same names please put in last name as well.
Raffle will be announced at 2:30pm
You must be present to win your prize, NO HOLDS. I appreciate it, thank you! :)
I would love any and all help with this. I had so many local designers and Lolitas donating and I believe the raffle turned out to be a huge success! Please PM me if you would like to donate.

:Games:
Scavenger Hunt, this will be going on after the raffle announcements.
Depending on how long the raffle will be it will be around 3:30pm.
I would love some help this year creating and planning the games. Again, please PM me if you'd like to assist.
Any other ideas to make this event more fun?
Also, it's gonna be in June this year so it will more than likely be HOT and SUNNY! At least the area we were at last year was pretty shady. Please dress accordingly, bring sunscreen, parasols, water. I don't want wilting Lolitas XD
:Picnic:
Bring food for everyone or for yourself!
Don't forget beverages, blankets, utensils and garbage bags.
This is a public park so please courteous and clean up after yourself. Thank you.
Since this is a public location in Chicago, selling & buying merchandise is strictly prohibited. UNLESS you are just delivering for a pre-paid item. Chicago has strict licensing rules and regulation on selling.
