Where exactly is the schedule for the concerts posted on the webpage? I keep looking and can't find it for some reason...

That's because it isn't posted on the website at all. El Ken has posted on the forums that LM.C will be on at 7PM on Friday in the forums and that Rapunzel will be on sometime between the fashion shows and masq on Saturday :)

I don't think so! I know several people (including myself) are cosplaying at some point that weekend so there might be a few people who show up in cosplay as well :)
