Lolita Sighting by My Mom at The Art Institute of Chicago

My mom was at the Art Institute yesterday and told me she saw a Lolita with a red skirt and brown hair. She forgot to ask her name, I was wondering who she was. She said she was around my height (5'1").
Does anyone know who this might be?

The girl you were describing was Valerie (strawberry_miku). I wore otome-kei rather than lolita because it was so windy and cold out. We were visiting Chicago for the day and met up with missyasogami for a bit until she had to leave. I should have told everyone on facebook that we were visiting, but everything was done on the last minute (my brother was on his way home from SIU and literally told me three hours before arriving that we should go to Chicago the next morning!). There are more photos of locations than of us, but I'll put them up on fb when I get back from work.

It's no problem at all! I have lots of little get-togethers with other Lolitas that I don't make an official meet-up out of just because it's friends hanging out, you know?
