Kyuhyun woke up early next morning with a loud banging on the door. He opened them and in came a couple arguing, he recognizes the guy as Hangeng.
“uncle geng..”
Kyuhyun muttered yet his words dissolved in the loud screams and strings of arguments.
“How can you not know where Minnie is? She’s not due to come till the 10th and yet you insist that I’m hiding her? How could I kidnap my own daughter?”
Hangeng said.
“and what are you pointing out? I’m not taking care of her? I raised her for 20 years! Hangeng.. 20 years, I cared for her more than any of my children. I love her and now you’re blaming me?”
Heechul replied.
“who’s blaming who? You’re blaming me! Can you not see how difficult it is for me to spend three months with her,, and now you’re making reasons to deprive me of my paternal rights..”
Hangeng argued.
“I am depriving you? Can you not accuse me of something I’m innocent of. I am nor depriving you..”
“so where is she now? You’re just making senseless excuses so that you can keep her to yourself!”
“I don’t know.. why would I come and look for you when I know where she is!”
The arguments were harsh and Kyuhyun felt like he was in the middle of crossfire.
“Chulie? Hangeng?”
Leeteuk and Kangin finally woken up and Kyuhyun sighed in relief.
“Teukie.. my Minnie..”
Heechul approached her but stopped when Minnie came out of Kyuhyun’s room teary eyed. She was hurt to see her parents argue.
“I hate you both..”
Minnie muttered before she ran out of the door. Hangeng and Heechul tried to stop her but Minnie didn’t stop. Kyuhyun ran after her.
Heechul cried and she was even madder.
“this is all your fault!”
Heechul screamed at Hangeng.
“again.. it’s always my fault.. if you haven’t lied in the first place then this would never happened!”
Hangeng screamed back.
“I regret ever falling in love with you!”
Shouted with a heavy heart and runs out of the apartment, leeteuk wanted to chase after her but Kangin stopped her.
“I’ll handle Heechul, you take care of Hangeng”
Leeteuk nodded and Kangin runs after Heechul. Leeteuk then approached Hangeng who collapsed by the sofa, head buried between his legs, crying hard. Leeteuk sat beside him and rubbed his back.
“Hangeng..”
He cried harder.
“why.. why,…”
This was all he could mutter, Leeteuk felt guilty.
“questions.. you need answers..”
Hangeng sobbed even more.

“Minnie.. Minnie..”
Kyuhyun runs after Minnie who was crying. She then went inside the Changdeokgung and disappeared. Kyuhyun searched for her but found nothing. He then stopped in front of a mirror and touched it, since he is a demigod, he had unlocked the portal, the gate to Olympus. It was a blur of lights and sounds, Kyuhyun forces his eyes shut. When he opened them again, he saw an entire different land, an ancient looking city with temples and curtain like clothes.
Kyuhyun slowly walked towards the cobbled path and people, he assumed they were people, stared at him. he lowered his head and walked passed them, until he came across Poseidon himself.
“I’m sorry..”
Kyuhyun muttered and tried to walk away, but then wall of water covered him and he can’t escape.
“Don’t be afraid…”
Poseidon spoke.
“I only want to protect you from Hera, tell me your purpose..”
“i.. I..”
Kyuhyun was really scared now.
“go on child..”
“I needed to find Minnie.. she needs to solve her family problem..”
Poseidon sighed.
“what will you do?”
“I .. I will talk to Hera”

Kangin walked up the steel steps and smiled when he saw Heechul crying on the same rooftop they poured their hearts out..
“still coming here?”
Heechul was surprised to see Kangin.
“what?”
Heechul said and Kangin sat beside her.
“restrictions suck right?”
Heechul’s mouth agaped.
“you do know how hurt Hangeng was when you left him just like that? He was hurt that you lied, but was more hurt when you didn’t let him forgive you.. he loves you so much that he didn’t care if you’re a goddess or not.”
Kangin muttered.
“lies.. all lies..”
“tell me the truth Heechul..”
Kangun said.
“the truth? What truth? That I love him? I do love him, every single day of my immortal life. It hurts when he thinks that I don’t love him.. it hurts when I see him but can’t touch him.. I love him.. I love him more than anything.. and Minnie.. she’s my only proof of that love that ceased to exist.”
“it didn’t perish Chulie… it’s still there”
Heehcul cried even more.
“I know.. and the love that can’t be shown..”
“why?”
Kangin asked, Heechul took a deep breath and looked at kangin.
“you know why Leeteuk never visited you once?”
Kangin shook his head. Leeteuk smiled and sighed loudly.
‘because she’s afraid that when you meet again, she’ll break all the rules and jeopardize your lives.”
“I don’t understand”
Kangin muttered.
“there is more to it than just plain restrictions.. there are consequences.. any contact with mortals will lead to death..”
“death? you are immortal..”
“but when Changmin removes our powers by decree, we will loose everything, we’ll turn to mere statues or ashes that the wind will blow. We have lived for thousands of years, and loosing the core that keeps us together kills our very existence.”
Kangin was surprised.
“that harsh.”
“I have to be mean and cold hearted when I face Hangeng bec. If I show signs of weakness, he’ll try and comfort me, a mere touch can mean the end of everything… I don’t want to lose either one of them.. but I have to choose one that will cause the least damage..”
Kangin hugged Heechul who was now crying.
“I tried.. I tried my best.. I loved him.. still loving him.. I cannot have that small hope die but…”
Heechul completely broke down.

“why do they do this to me? To Heechul?”
Hangeng asked as he stare at Leeteuk, his vision blurred by blankets of tears.
“we only have a day each year when our powers overcome Changmin’s laws. Each year on our birthdays, for 24 hours, we can do anything..”
“but why did Heechul still avoided me?”
“because she’s afraid that she can’t let you go once you grabbed hold of her, she won’t be able to escape the trap set forth..”
Hangeng cried even more.

The wall of water ceased and Poseidon gave him a nod.
“I see that you have your mother’s skills and will.”
Poseidon smiled and made a water wall.
“follow this and you’ll find your way to Hera. Good Luck”
Kyuhyun nodded and run at the direction of where the water led him. Poseidon sighed and wished that Kyuhyun would be the person they were all looking for: their savior.
Kyuhyun made his way and the water protected him. however, Hera was alerted by the presence of an unknown entity and sent forth the Titans to exterminate the entity. Kyuhyun was caught off guard when one appeared before him. He was so scared that he stepped backwards, then another Titan appeared, soon he was surrounded. Kyuhyun’s heartbeat raised and he was sweating.
Leeteuk felt her son was on danger and talked to him.
Kyu, dear.. use your necklace to protect you
Kyuhyun heard the whisper and with chase, grabbed the pendant and pulled it off his neck. The shield and sword grew tenfold, giving Kyuhyun his weapons for battle. The titans charged at him and with all uncertainty, he swung the sword. Then arrows and thunder flew, Kyuhyun took cover under his shield. It was all loud as screams and wails echoed inside the hall. Then it was silent.
Kyuhyun looked at his surroundings and saw Artemis, Zeus and Poseidon protecting him.
“very well, I see that someone wants a word with me?”
Kyuhyun stood up and faced the voice.
“so who must be this young lad? Who requests my presence?”
Kyuhyun gulped and with instinct withdrew the sword and shield which returned to a pendant form.
“it is I, Cho Kyuhyun.”
Hera smiled and looked at him with straight face.
