I only watched the first season on DVD, but really enjoyed the characters. I too really like this ending, and am GLAD that a lot of people don't get it or like it. HA!

I was totally got off guard. I wasn't mad. I was genuinely thrown. After rewatching, which I've done since the "beginning," it's all there, and it's perfect.
