What are preorder sprees?
Preorder sprees are where individual orders(placed by you!) are collated by chicstreet into one big collective purchase to enjoy bulk discounts and reduced shipping costs.

Why hold preorder sprees?
We want pretty and unique items we can't get in Singapore, so we decided to hold sprees to get them.
Spreeing also reduces the chance of seeing someone else wearing the same thing as you!

How do I make an order?
Post a comment in the spree topic according to the form provided.
Upon payment, reply to your previous comment with the transection details.(e.g. transection reference number, internet banking nickname, date and time, place of transfer etc.)

Paid orders will be frozen upon acknowledgment.

How do I change/add new items to my order?
If you wish to amend your order, simply reply to your old entry with your new order.

How/When should I make payment?
Payment should be made asap. Unpaid orders will not be accepted.
Payment should be made via ATM or IB transfer to:

    DBS Savings Plus 074-8-013776 (POSB and DBS transfers)
    UOB TX 375-372-289-9

If you are a regular shopaholic, you should consider Internet Banking for ease of funds transfer.
Please contact your bank for more details.

What if I don't have an ATM card/bank account?

Please make payment at a cash deposit machine. You can locate them using the websites listed below.



Under the 'Search for' dropdown box, select 'Cash Deposit Machine'



First click on CDM, then enter your postal code.



Under the 'Search for Services' dropdown box, select 'Deposit cash'

Alternatively, you can get a good friend to help you transfer!

Why do I have to wait for my items?
It takes time for the supplier to collate our orders, restocking time if applicable, as well as shipping from overseas. chicstreet ensures that your items are sent to you promptly once the items are in our hands.

How can I collect my items after they have arrived?
Items are sent out via normal or registered mail.
We highly recommend registered mail as it comes with a tracking number.
Items lost via normal mail will not be our responsibility, please contact Singpost.
Strictly no meetups unless otherwise stated at our discretion and convenience.

I don't live in Singapore, do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact us for details.

Additionally, refer to the Singpost website for international shipping rates.
