The perfect ending, really. Because to have Jack magically appear would just trivialize everything that the Team went through when Jack was on Earth, as well as provide an easy fix for what Gwen is going through trying to lead the new Team. But I have confidence that your Gwen will make it happen.

This made me cry. What a beautiful story, and the ending was exactly right. You captured Gwen's voice incredibly well, and your alien/Rift encounters were really interesting. I'm off to look for anything else you've written, and if it isn't much, please write more!
