Poor Kahlan. Funny how Rahl thinks it's Kahlan's love for Richard he must squelch. I also feel bad for Dahlia; she loves Cara so much, and it was almost painful watching her (in my head) having to be gropped and everything else by Rahl. Ha, he even knew she didn't enjoy it and would prefer a woman's touch.

Oh yes, Rahl is a real groper... He should learn to respect women feelings...(but honestly? I see no chance he does...) And stupid enough to believe Richard is still the one...;o)

Ya know, while it was creepy, Rahl/Kahlan in the S1 AU had alot more sexual energy, I thought, than all the moony Richard/Kahlan canon stuff put together! So interesting that you're revisiting that pairing...

I agree too, that it's funny that Rahl thinks Kahlan's heart is still for his little brother. He needs a news flash! LOL

Nice that you showed Dahlia actually had some distaste for Rahl manhandling her. Some small defiance of her "Lord".

Dahlia´s voice sounded calm and firm, though she felt the words scratching roughly against the soft walls of her throat.

creepy Rahl/Kahlan? I´m so glad you see it! I watched "Reckoning" a few days ago (again...) Love the tense - and Bridget did one of her best there...
And yes, I even have found some grace for Dahlia´s emotions - though my D. is still a beast...you´ll see...
Oh, BTW: did you ever witness an IMS, who´s normally all grouchy and angry in the morning, smiling and even whistling (smug songs, for sure) ?? That´s what you did to mine, when she found your wave this morning...LOL!
