i wish that i could go home.. but i am stuck here till thursday because of work. it makes me lonely. lame.

So, two students walked into my work on Thursday... hella sick... and now, I am... hella sick. Brats. I made it through the end of finals with this crap (emailed my last paper in at 7pm on Friday night). But, I am ready to not be sick. I remember when lj used to help me be so introspective. It even improved my writing skills. Sometimes I miss lj more than I ever thought that I could. Maybe my pre New Year's resolution will be to hop back on the lj train as well as work out more. I am pretty proud of myself... i am hella overwhelmed... but really relaxed and ready for bed.

My time in the Grove has been good. It was really great to spend time with my family... I am so excited for Marti, and for her permanent job as a 5th grade teacher at Sunrise Elementary. We went to look at a house for her to buy in order to be closer to the school. I am just glad that she isn't moving to Ohio... that would suck ( Read more... )

so i just spent the past 3 1/2 hours reading through the past entries in lj. all the way through justin's breakup, codys breakup, jon's awkwardness and my dads death. i cried as i read through them, remembering all of the pain that i felt during those times. some of the lonliness, the hope, the butterflies, and the hell ( Read more... )
