I got a mail-out thingie from my Private Health Insurance people yesterday and it mentioned I could do one of those 'health check review' thingies online to determine my 'Health-Age'. I've always thought it'd be groovy to do one (and thought it'd give me a little positive reinforcement for the fact that health is one of my top priorities in life)
