I played "tag" with Shadow today.  It totally made my month. 

So I have been wanting to get out of the city for a while. I am just done with neighbours and noise.  The first house I was interested in was this one but it had too many negatives with one being very close to the dump. It also only has 1 bathroom and is electric heat.  Oh and the kitchen is TINY.

Weekend started off wonderfully and finished pretty shitty.

I am in a fuck the world mood, if that's the cvibe/reaction you get, don't take it personally.

Had a fantastic start to the long weekend. Ila is out of town so I rode Heist tonight. It was so much fun.  I have so oooooooooooooh much I need to work on!

I now feel like I am getting a cold. It's either that or I spent too much outside in the sun today.  Either way I feel craptacular.

Brrrr. I had to put on a second extra blanket. I was so chilled it woke me up.

Score one for mother nature. Oof.

There are times when I don't want to adult. Right now is one of them.

But quitting isn't an option. So I will pick my shit up and carry on.

Definition of a shitty day for me:

Getting blood work done
Seeing a doctor
Putting pheobe down.

Shitty day is almost as shitty as it gets

Shadow got a mostly good bill of health from the vet today. Moral of the story - I know my shit when it comes to horses. We are going to look at him again in June and then do a complete reevaluation in the fall.

Pheobe however has me worried. She as an extremely bloated belly. Like she looks grossly overweight which she is by not by a long shot.  I ( Read more... )
