I haven't been very emotional, thinking about it ending, but watching everyone cry, and hugging and Rupert Grint saying 'I love you,' I mean really, am I not going to cry at that!?
I tried to capture it by saying that, to me, (and I think to a lot of you as well?), one of the biggest themes of her books is the power of friendship and family - and HP brought me friendship and through that friendship I've come to have a family. My fandom family, if you will.
THIS. All of this, right here. So many times I have started and stopped writing about just how much this all means to me, and heaven knows I LOVE to use words, but words continue to fail me here. I don't know if I will ever be able to fully express the significance of it.
And that video, omg, I have watched it twice now, and am thus almost inconsolable right now. I wish I had someone to hug.
Yeah ... I can't find the words to properly express my feelings - this was as close as I could come and I feel it's not exactly enough or right... But it's honest.
