Lol, I would want to live there too! I love real life aquariums so that's what made this one so much fun to build.

The Aquarium is an owned community lot. Penelope actually owns it right now, since she's my only sim in the Oceanography track. But any money it makes goes to the Oceanography bank account and not to her!

I just use Monique's computer to transfer the Aquarium earnings from Penelope to a special place holder sim. This placeholder sim just accumulates all the money from all my "town" and/or "career" buildings and I use that placeholder to upgrade or furnish lots when/if I want to. So any further additions or upgrades to the Aquarium will have to come out of their actual profits. I keep track of the amount of money that each "building" in town has in a separate spreadsheet. Dorky, I know it!
