Hope everyone had a great New Year's. Stacey- can't wait for your awesome photography skills and pics of NY. I went to an Assyrian party this year and had a blast! A good amount of my dad's side of the family was there and I actually ran into people I knew (not family). I had no idea I knew that many Assyrians- hahah. And it snowed a few inches

yeah, i took some pictures of the party i went to, I put some of them up on my flickr page. they are mostly of college friends and stuff, I don't have too many amazing New York photos. we stayed in a lot. :)

can't wait to see your new hairdo! I think I'm getting mine trimmed today...

yea- happy new year!! you going home soon right? can't believe i still have another 5 days in chicago. so excited! this vacation has felt like forever, but in a good way. i definitely needed that.

thanks for the comments about the dress. sexy yet cute- that IS kinda me :) yea for haircuts!! i'm so excited- but almost nervous. i'm chopping off sooo much, i've cut it short but never from a very long cut so this will probably be the most hair i've ever cut in a single sitting.

yeah, I'm going home tomorrow. I think that I managed to time my vacation perfectly this year. I had a lot of time at home and with friends, and so I feel ready to go back to Cali. It's also starting to get boring at my parent's house, so I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and seeing you guys. Enjoy the rest of your break!! see you in a couple of days.
