pet sitter

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable pet sitter? My friend told me to contact My Bow Wow but I've been unable to get ahold of them, despite a week of calling and emailing. I just found out that I'm going away for Christmas (Dec. 22-25), which I didn't think I would be, and I'd really like to get this taken care of before everyone else starts

I have a friend who might be interested, he pet-sits for me, and works in lincoln sq and has three cats of his own.

If you ask him, I'd be so grateful! It seems that pretty much all of the cat sitting places are already booked up for Christmas. I'd actually only need it for December 22-24th as I'll be back on Christmas night.

Pet and Plant ...

We have used (well, The Wife used them before there was a "we") Pet and Plant Care Services for nearly 20 years, and they've never let us down. They're located on the north side, so I'd assume that Lincoln Square would be in their service area.

We need a pet sitter for December as well (our first time hiring someone) and it took us forever to find someone! We ended up with Tina who runs Andersonville Pet Sitting. I don't know if you're in her service area, but we really like her and feel 100% comfortable with her. She's also relatively inexpensive compared to some other people and fully licensed & insured.

Northshore Pet Sitters was our backup.
