Chicago restaurant for client lunch?

Hi! Can anyone recommend a good local, non-chain restaurant for a client lunch? Up to $15-20 a plate, good atmosphere, nothing snooty, not so loud that we can't talk.

I've looked at a dozen restaurant lists, but nothing is jumping out at me.

Oooh, that looks really good. And they have a prix fixe lunch menu for Chicago Restaurant Week. And now I've just discovered that a lot of places do!

Depends on where you are in the Loop, but Rhapsody is quite nice for lunch. Definitely quiet enough to chat, nice food, nice atmosphere, but not snooty or too expensive.
