The rap Lin wrote for NPH was kind of amazing. I GUESS NPH LEARNED TO RAP AFTER DR HORRIBLE.

I haven't actually watched the Tonys on account of being in the wrong country, but I've watched various clips of NPH being amazing. ♥

And Re: Sister Act, I saw it in London (also with Patina Miller starring), and I kinda loved it. I'm usually not a big fan of adaptation musicals, but I actually felt like it had a heart, and it was really fun. I actually think I cried, too. So it's not mindblowing brilliance, but I definitely think it's worth seeing, particularly if you're in need of some cheering up.

I'm so conflicted about play revival, because I adored Arcadia deeply and had to go back to see it, but Normal Heart was amazing and everyone in it worked so hard. Arcadia just makes me more fangirl squeey. LOOK I EVEN HAVE ARCADIA ICON, woo Raul's feet.

I feel like Lin should write raps for EVERYONE EVER now. HE CAN DO IT!

I will definitely try to check it out then! I like fun and cheer-up musicals as much as I like mindblowingly brilliant ones. :D

I love and covet your Arcadia icon. RAUL'S FEET! Damn, Raul, find a way to be sexier. I dare you. ♥♥♥

He so could. He should write one for Raul.

See, you have Raul's upper body, I have his lower body, together they work brilliantly. Now I wanna listen to Arcadia bootleg but I'm scared it will make me want to actually see it again.

Speaking of Raul, I've just spent like a week trying to convince everyone and their mom to watch Chess with me. I even compiled the Ultimate Libretto for a friend who'd rather read it than watch/listen.

Man, Raul performing a LMM rap would make my life. We have to figure out how to make that happen. Like, right now. ♥

Woo, Chess pimpage! ♥♥♥ I've been hitting up random clips on YouTube in the middle of the night and looping Julia's "Nobody's Side" on my iPod. I need to find time for a proper watch, though. It'll be a nice pick-me-up. <3
