I came across a coloring tutorial that I love, so I made a bunch of icons yesterday. I wasn't too creative (no text or textures), but I think they look alright ;)

These are beautiful! I love the coloring, especially in the Alexis Bledel icons. I adore the cropping in 26 and 30 too! :D
