Oh, motherfuckerFirefox crashed today and took about 83.2% of my bookmarks (read: bookmarked fanfiction) with it. This was probably a good thing, because there was more than I could possibly ever reread, but I'm feeling all pouty right now. *POUT* All the shiny! All gone

I'm afraid I don't read enough fic to really help you, but here are a couple (short) Princess Tutu fics: The Night Winter ends and Epilogue. And they (er, the writers, I mean, not the stories) both have fic tags you can scroll through, though I'm not sure if you're into any of their fandoms.

OT: Are you guys going up to the cabin for the 4th?

OT: Looks like the answer is most likely no. Mom has a week off in late July (which includes the weekend of the 21st & 22nd, I think) that is possible and of course she wants to go up for her birthday, too. Oh, and both Dad and Al are doing the Dalmac, so we'll be up for Labor Day.

Oh, that sucks. Is this the same problem as before, or a new problem?

My dad is taking Fridays off this summer, supposedly so we can go to the cabin more often, but so far we haven't been up. The 4th will be the first time, and we're planning on going for almost a week. But maybe we'll see you later this summer? I think...(I know I want to go) we're going to try to go up for the anniversary of the Mackinac Bridge, which is, I think, the last weekend in July.
