I found something on youtube of a horitsuba gauken CD that had been taken and added english subs. Do you think anyone might do that again?

If someone manages to translate it, then yes, I do think someone might do it ^^

But Holitsuba is shorter and I think slightly easier to translate, XXXHOLiC must be difficult, but let's hope for the best ^^
