I just found my first hermit crab, George, dead. No idea how, or for how long...

My night keeps getting cheerier and cheerier...

Awe, hun! I'm so sorry to hear that! Maybe he was just old for a crab? I have no idea what their lifespans are supposed to be. Poor little guy. ):

If they're healthy and taken well care of, hermit crabs can live decades.
I just hope she wasn't sick with anything the rest of them could have caught.
