I'm glad to hear you're doing better. I think we connected on LJ right before you had your sabbatical. I took a peek through your Flickr and your entries though and I think we have a great deal in common. Tom and I are considering doing either mountain biking or cliff climbing, we just aren't sure which yet. How did you start with mountain biking? How often did you go?
