I decided to attempt to make my own protective wraps for my camera/lenses last night. I bought reeeeally soft turquoise fabric, velcro, pins, thread, and some needles, thinking I'd hand sew them. How hard could it be, right

I wouldn't have thought they'd be that card. Holy cow! Gosh. Good thing you were able to borrow the machine. That bag looks pretty sweet and like it would easily get the job done. Good luck transforming it. :)
