Basically, everything is awesome right now. Orientation week at Westminster was last week. I have a great feeling about how this next year is going to go, a great new group of friends, and I couldn't be happier to get to devote every hour of the day to learn and do only things that I love to do ( Read more... ) -
Baseball post
The Phils can't make me decide to leave or stay. In the last two weeks, they've looked like a beaten bunch of rejects against the Padres and Pirates, but once Chase Utley comes back from injury, they crush the Mets in 4 straight games to bring the pennant race to a margin of 2 games. Home sweet apartment.
I'm home! I spent about 20 hours chilling in Man Airport, I slept on a bench with my shoes on last night , and I'm drinking a beer because my body thinks it's 11 pm right now. I'm taking tomorrow off from work still since I'm sure I'll be jetlagged to all hell, so I can work on getting pictures uploaded and posted. Look for that link in a bit. -
Quick travel update
Finished in the UK a few days ago. About to leave Berlin for Dresden. Went on a tour of downtown Berlin, stopping at all the touristy points. Went on a guided pub crawl last night, which was a bit of a nightmare. Especially navigating all the way across Berlin at 3 in the morning with no S-Bahn or U-Bahn operating ( Read more... )
