I've been watching an awful lot of Pushing Daisies lately. I watch the show with my two aunts, and we take turns making pie for us to eat during the show.

This week I am making pumpkin.

That show kicks ass.

But at least we shall have that small, beautiful first season. And, I'm hopeful; I think a lot of people need a show in which you aren't really supposed to loathe any of the characters. It's a lot nicer--literally--than most of what you find on TV these days.

Thank you for the icon, my frienc. As for the fic, I am somewhat disappointed that you didn't get to the hella kinky Ned/Chuck sex. I'm not sure about the bit about Emerson knitting Ned a sweater though, I haven't gotten that impression about his character.

In an unrelated note, when would be a good time to call tommorow? (Also, I am likely to be up until at least midnight (or 2 Eastern).

Yeah, tonight would probably be best. I am working until about 9:30 or so. I also work tomorrow most of the day, but am off in the late evening.

Also, I dispute your drummer analogy. The drummer is always right ;)

Can't say that I've ever actually seen Pushing Daisies, but with such masterful fanfiction in the works who could doubt that it's a tour de force of quality programming?

Regardless, anyway, and leaving that aside (feel free to choose your favorite segue, I'll try not to judge too harshly if you get it wrong).
