They never seemed to have that much problem when they were still with Dollstown... I do not really know as I did not follow them before they got their own website *dollstown website was a pain D=*
I heard of lati's and their weird ordering ways too.... thank god I do not want their cute little yellows anymore xD
There is also Custom House (Aidolls ?)... I think this one is the worst as the dolls are not worth the time, though for the money they cost its not "so" bad xP
