Hello 2008!!
2007 has been great and I hope that 2008 will be even better.
Things I will be looking forward to in the year to come:
- Kansai Adventure/Vacation (12/31-1/7): Osaka, Nara, Kyoto and Hiroshima (ok it's not really part of the Kansai area...) all in a week. I really just want to see my friends and host family.
Notes: Amazing time, even if the stupid deer at Nara wouldn't eat my senbei.
- Tackey & Tsubasa 2007-2008 Concert (1/5): Going with thebeck. FLOOR SEATS!! I don't care if no one else is dancing or moving, like in the Tsubasa con, I will enjoy myself.
Notes: Ahhh Tackey~! I want him to be my big brother...
- NewS Concert in Tokyo Dome (1/9): I took half a day off for this. I hope I got good seats. I can't guarantee I won't steal a member...
Notes: Damn~!! A lot of people can fit into Tokyo Dome... It was very intimidating going alone.
- wingsablaze000's visit (1/9-1/15): YaY! Even though she's doing research, I'm sure we can still play ^_^
Notes: T-T I miss her so much. It was a lot of fun.
- thebeck's visit (3/1-3/5?): Wheee!!! Let's not go to Yokohama. We can go to Chiba instead =D
Notes: Met Aiba's mom, went to an awesome club, AND discovered how much I hated models. Rode on the digital ferris wheel, ate lots of Chinese food and decided that Beck's camera is possessed by the devil. Good times.
- DREAMBOYS 2008 (3/4): Got confirmation on the tickets. So thebeck and I are going ^_^
Note: ::sigh:: Spent way too much money on goods, but saw Kame. ahhh... I fell in love all over again.
- Maroon 5 Concert (3/10): Fumika had an extra ticket, so I said I would go. So, yeah... Maroon 5.
Notes: Well it was fun and disappointing at the same time.
- Lost:Time:Life: Applied for tickets. I'm trying for Mondays, so I'm hoping that not a lot of people want them. But you never know... Never mind. Bought tickets for 4/6.
Notes: Did not get a hit on tickets T-T I'll see how badly I want to go. I am so glad I went. It was a very good play and seeing Koyama in a suit for two hours made it worth it.
- Takizawa Enbujou (4/7): The theme for this year is Love. I can't wait to see Tackey again!
Notes: Seriously, it was one of the most beautiful stages I have ever scene. Tackey should have been a Kabuki actor instead of a Johnny.
- TOHO Oguri Shun Film Festival (4/11): I can't believe I'm going to stay up all night and then go to work. It took me 4 hours to get the tickets but I wanted to see Oguri Shun again.
Notes: I can't believe I got to talk to him again!! Damn, it was tiring though...
- Sushi Ouji Screening (4/20): Nakamaru will be there. And I wanted to see the movie of course.
Notes: Wow, my heart went doki doki for Nakamaru... Didn't expect that. And the special message from Koichi!! I laughed. I cried. Great movie.
- Golden Week (4/28-5/7): OMG, I need a relaxing vacation. I'm thinking about going to a ryokan.
Notes: Didn't think the ryokan would be so far away. 6 hours on the train... It was very nice though.
- Kanjani 8 Concert (5/5): Never thought that I'd say this... But I'm going to a Kanjani 8 concert.
Notes: Eye-raped Ryo for all those times he did it to me while I was watching Last Friends.
- Arashi Concert in Tokyo Dome (6/15): I will be applying for tickets for that day. I won't be going alone YaY!!! Didn't get a hit on the tickets. ::sigh:: I still plan on going, but we'll have to wait until the ticket prices go down.
Notes: Prices DID NOT go down. They went up if that was possible. The highest price I saw was 220,000 yen for one ticket. So no go TT-TT
- Shige's こんなんやってみました (7/14): Just bought tickets online for opening day. Kind of excited to see what will it be about.
Notes: Loved it. 2nd row and a free clear file? Thank you for making me laugh while you were trapped in the toilet, Shige.
- KAT-TUN 2008 Tour: QUEEN OF PIRATES! Applied for Tickets for 7/7 (didn't hit T-T) and 8/3. Yay! AUGUST 3rd!!! Actually... I got tickets for August 4th... No clue how that happened, but hey!
Notes: Best time ever!! I've waited so long for this ^_^v I allowed myself to fully turn into a fan girl for 3 hours. Massu!! Koyama!! Koichi!! oh yeah... Hey! Say! JUMP... Lots of screaming, dancing and stares from other girls.
- Hokkaido Adventure (8/10-8/13): thebeck and I are going to Hokkaido!! I'm VERY excited.
Notes: Absolutely beautiful place. I would live there if I liked to be frozen every winter. I would own a Lavender Farm...
- Kisarazu Festival (8/14-8/15): KISARAZU CATS! NYA! CATS! NYA! CATS!!! NYAAAA!! oh and the yasai mossai of course.
Notes: An entire town full of yankees! I love it! I can see why Okada wants to move there. If it wasn't for the sewage plant nearby, it would be perfect.
- Mount Fuji(8/17-8/18): Hell yeah!! Looking forward to the view from the top.
Notes: I nearly DIED.
- Nakamaru's Entertainment Hour (8/18): I didn't manage to hit but YaY! thebeck did. It should be interesting, especially after climbing Mt. Fuji.
Notes: Really good show. Nakamaru has gotten so much better at beatboxing, he should try more of the new stuff in the next KAT-TUN single.
- Arashi Around Asia 2008 (9/6): Paid an exorbitant amount for a ticket. Never again.
Notes: Amazing! Wow... It was like a party for 60,000 people.
- Ueda's Solo Concert (9/8): Opening day again. They really can't get rid of these tickets... A-block...
Notes: Damn... I saw a whole different side of Ueda that I've never seen before. Fire, whips, phantoms. It was like having ADD...
- Kazuya's Wedding (10/5): I get to go to a traditional Japanese Wedding! I got a kimono for it :P
Notes: I haven't eaten this good in a while. Kimonos are tough to wear... o_O
- Tsubasa's World Wing 2008 (10/19): Going no matter what. Alone probably. Long story why...
Notes: Wow. Just Wow. Sweet Bitter Chili Face + Taiko Drums. ::fans self::
- Shonen Club Christmas SP Taping (11/24): My first filming!
Notes: Well that was interesting... And boring... It will air on 12/21 ^_^v
- Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac (12/21 & 12/23): This will be my first time checking out a movie filming.
Notes: It is exhausting to film a movie. I don't know how they do it... Maki-chan is so cute!!
- Johnny's Countdown 2008-2009 (12/31): I can't believe I hit for tickets!
Notes: It was like a dream. A Johnny's overload. ::faint::
