That does sound like a fun and interesting story. I love all the pop culture references.

Hm, not a fan of ambiguous endings, but that's a nice list of lines. :) I've read something by Molly Harper before too -- I just can't recall what it was. *is annoyed*

The ending seemed to be a 'happy for now' rather than a 'happily ever after'. Which is...okay, but you know "Just okay is not okay".
