i suppose that no matter where you go, the places you live tend to have an influence on how you act and your personality..and the longer you stay in a place, the bigger the change. well, i have been in the south for a little over a year now, and i'm just starting to feel the effects of "southern" culture on me. it's quite draining trying to fight

haha.. "influence" you're right about that..when i went to seattle, i didn't understand how people could tell i have a guam accent which i didn't know i had until i moved back to Guam and i heard other people.. we totally emphasize on the words like "dude", "man", "crap", etc..

and now that i'm back, until now i actually catch myself sayin a few stateside words to people.. like "most definetly", "surely", "i'll be glad to"..
