A/N: I know it's been a long time since I updated something but please don't blame me for wanting to spend some time with my family when I got home. I admit I was so excited that I've forgotten about you all. I don't get to see my family very often since we're all in college now. Sorry. Anyway, enjoy this chapter.
CSU: This Time Around - Chapter 10
"I'm seriously confused" JaeJoong said what went through his mind. "YunHo told me -"
"He misunderstood" ChangMin cut in.
"I was eleven when I know something was fairly wrong with my family. My dad rarely comes home. I know he's a cop but even when he finished work on a case, he rarely comes home and my mom just wouldn't tell me why until her best friend and a colleague from the charity hospital she worked in, said something about my mother being a 'kept woman' to this cop. I knew right there and then that they were talking about my dad"
"Wait, are you really saying Counselor Jung isn't your mother?"
"When my parents found out they can't live together, they committed suicide with me in the car" ChangMin said bitterly. "I escaped"
"But Inspector Jung died in a car crash"
"That was just to cover up for YunHo-hyung. Omma said he respected and loved his father. This kind of news will kill him"
'So, YunHo got it all wrong and stubbornly believe ChangMin belonged to his mother, instead it was his father who was the one having an affair. Oh...what a screw up family' JaeJoong silently thought.
The two boys were in silence as ChangMin was trying to stay as long as he could for his allergies to recover, his eyes searching for something that would attract him. JaeJoong went back to cleaning his desk from his sandwich leftovers, mind still digesting the conversation. He wondered whether ChangMin realised he had added a 'hyung' when referring to YunHo. But something else caught his attention, if Counselor Jung isn't his mother, then why....
"You called her 'omma'" JaeJoong said but with a curious tone.
ChangMin was caught of guard but answers anyway.
"I think what she did was too noble. I was sent to a foster home but she took me in. She takes care of me like her own child" ChangMin breathed in hard, lips quivering. "I didn't intend to forgive my mother for abandoning me but omma advised me otherwise. She said, no matter what, she's still my mother. But I never will forgive my father for treating her that way. I can't find any faults in her to make him commit an affair"
"You wished to hate her"
"That's what I wanted to do when she brought me home. You'll do the same thing too if you were in my shoes. I blamed her for their deaths" ChangMin blinked the forming tears away. "Instead, it was YunHo-hyung who hated me....hated her"
"You called her 'omma' because of YunHo" JaeJoong said, finally understood.
"I know how she felt. I'm just the substitute" ChangMin nodded. "Nothing beats of having your own flesh blood calling you that, but hyung wouldn't listen. He just moved out and never return"
JaeJoong sighed. 'That's just so typical of YunHo'.
"I can never forget how she looked when I called her 'omma'. She was in tears and had wished hyung said the same thing. I hear her cry so many times when I passed her room at night" The next few words broke the young boy into tears. "She misses him but he was ....."
Now, it was JaeJoong who was caught off guard. He wasn't sure whether to comfort him with a hug or maybe a soft pat on the back. He grew up alone and had spend most of his time in a morgue, so it was only usual for him to go panic with this kind of situation. He slowly made his way to the tall boy and wrapped his arms around the trembling boy. ChangMin returned the gesture and put his head on the other's shoulder while forcing himself to stop.
"I'm so sorry, ChangMin" JaeJoong said, didn't know what else to say. It was him who insisted to ask questions.
"Promise me you won't tell hyung about this" ChangMin sniffed, pulling away from the friendly hug. "He'll be upset if ever words of his father gets to his ears"
"What about my father?"
JaeJoong and ChangMin were shocked as they turn to the entrance, a double door separating the hallway with the morgue. Standing there with a grievous expression, was YunHo, carrying a paper bag with a logo that stated 'Delifrance' on it. ChangMin was too engrossed with YunHo's stare to have notice JaeJoong was already standing at least five feet away from him, looking somewhat guilty.
"Hyung?" ChangMin mistakenly uttered.
"Who's your 'hyung'?" YunHo snorted.
JaeJoong knew what will come after that snort, it happened too many times before in the past so he swiftly get a hold of his walking stick and marched to stand before ChangMin. YunHo was already in front of him with an obvious anger.
"YunHo! Not in my morgue!" JaeJoong said, failed at using his stick foolishly as a shield.
"What the hell did he say to you?" YunHo shouted, trying to lung forward.
"Nothing! We're just chatting" JaeJoong stuttered. At least that's what ChangMin thinks.
"About my father" YunHo yelled, eyes right at JaeJoong's.
"We weren't talking about you" JaeJoong yelled back. "It wasn't anywhere near you!"
"Fine! I'm here to have lunch with you. Guess you don't need me anymore" YunHo said, threw the paper bag onto the floor and walked off angrily.
ChangMin was in shock at the sudden outburst. He was wondering when YunHo arrived and most importantly, how much did he hear. The last thing he needs is to have his mother going through another uncomfortable position with YunHo again - because of his inability to keep his mouth shut. But somehow the young analyst couldn't put the last few words out of his mind. Did he heard it right? Because it's actually suggesting something but he didn't want to come with a conclusion without any proof. ChangMin came back from his thoughts when he heard a sigh, he looked up to see JaeJoong walking over to take the paper bag YunHo brought in just a few minutes ago and stack it into a bin just outside the double door.
JaeJoong returned into the morgue and looked at ChangMin. "YunHo and I. We're......we....kind of...."
"Are you guys dating?" ChangMin asked for a confirmation. He so hoped is a big 'NO'. 'Please, not another misunderstanding'.
"Well, actually....urm" JaeJoong stammered then took a very deep breathe before mutters a very soft "Kind of"
"What do you mean 'kind of'?"
"I was recovering as much as I was being needy and ...."
"And?"
"I kind of suggested something totally beyond ...." JaeJoong said with hands gesturing the obvious but he forgot ChangMin isn't as sharp in this topic than he is in science.
"Uh-huh..."
"I requested him to have sex with me" JaeJoong finally said.
"What!!!?" ChangMin exclaimed.
"I was alone and I needed the company and ...." JaeJoong tried to explain but ChangMin cuts him off.
"Okay, okay, I don't want to hear anymore"
"I didn't force him, he was willing and -"
"I don't want to know" ChangMin shook his head vigorously. Trying to get all the words out of his head.
"ChangMin, no one knows this and I -"
~Beep Beep Beep Beep ~
"It's safe with me or rather forgotten" ChangMin said as he picks up his vibrating phone and soon rushed out of the morgue, leaving JaeJoong dumbfounded.

Unknown to ChangMin, YunHo didn't get to hear much. The young chief arrived at the entrance door when JaeJoong was hugging ChangMin. All he heard was the part after that. He had no doubt 'that woman' must have said something about his father, after ChangMin said "He'll be upset if ever words of his father gets to his ears". Oh he will be, right after he hears it for himself what she had said to the boy.
And just as his infamous self, he tried to barge into Counselor Jung's office, trying not to touch her pregnant secretary and stomped into an open meeting of counselors, Junsu included. YunJin was so delighted to see her son that she dismissed the meeting but JunSu refused to leave. Working briefly with YunHo, had made him somehow caution with the chief's attitude. And he was right as he stood there with YunHo bursting into a crazy maniac, shouting and yelling to the currently not so thrilled woman.
"You are not allowed to be in here" YunJin's secretary said but was shoved to the side, JunSu caught the pregnant lady just in time and whisked her out before telling her to call ChangMin.
"What did you say about my father?" YunHo demanded.
"YunHo"
"What did you say about my dad to that ChangMin kid?" YunHo pointed at the woman rudely.
"I don't know what you're talking about" YunJin was trembling in fright.
"I know you killed him! I know you're trying to make him think otherwise so shut your fucking mouth when you have the chance to" YunHo threatened and walked slowly towards that woman. "Or else -"
"YunHo!" JunSu lunged forward to stop him.
"Get your hands off me,. bastard!!!" YunHo's fist landed right at JunSu's jaw, sending the counselor sprawled on the carpet floor.
"Omma!!" ChangMin ran into the office with the worried secretary. "JunSu-hyung!"
"You b*tch!!!" YunHo spat with full force.
"Never call your mother a b*tch!" ChangMin delivered a quick blow to YunHo's stomach. Not as powerful but strong enough to tell him to shut the hell up. "You hear me?"
"ChangMin" YunJin called out from behind.
"Omma, are you okay?" ChangMin asked as he looked at his mother attentively, searching for injuries, only to have her walk past him as she rushed to YunHo.
"YunHo-ah"
"Don't touch me!!!" YunHo pushed her hands away.
"YunHo, what's wrong with you?" JunSu inquired as he helped his superior to stand up.
"None of your fucking business!!" YunHo glared at ChangMin. "And I'm going to report you out of my team for hitting me"
"You almost cause a woman miscarriage" JunSu argued.
"Again! It's none of your fucking business!!!" YunHo sent another plug towards JunSu but the latter managed to dodge.
JunSu took this opportunity to thrust a full fist but was fooled by the skillful YunHo and landed his knuckles towards the glass cabinet, smashing them into pieces. YunHo smirked as he sent a not so fatal drop kick at JunSu's jaw again.
"I warned you" He glared at the three and stormed out of the office afterward.

"Care to tell me what happened"
YooChun was in the cafeteria, chatting with some trainess when he heard about a scene broke in the Counselor's office, thinking it was the usual client-lawyer thing, he shrugged it off. But what he witnessed when he got back and was about to refill the cooler in CSU's backroom, proved just how ignorant he was. JunSu was holding an ice pack on his jaw while trying to bandage his bleeding knuckles was like the most forbidden he ever have to see. He took over the task for the bandaging after preparing a warm tea and had persistently told JunSu to sit still.
"It's like me asking what you did to my pouch" JunSu said, glaring at him.
"For a counselor, you are sure petty" YooChun said, placing the ice pack on the table and reached out for his wallet, taking out a couple. "Here"
"What for?" JunSu asked curiously.
"To get you a new one"
"No need" JunSu pushed his hand away and with another hand, lifting his shirt up a little to let the profiler see his new pouch. "I already have"
"Then, where's your old one?" YooChun asked with a disapproving frown.
"On my desk. Why?"
"You obviously don't need it anymore"
"What are you?" JunSu asked suspiciously. "A pouch collector?"
"No, just want to have yours. Can I have it?"
"On my desk" JunSu pointed to the direction his desk should be. "Ouch! Not so hard!"
"Sorry" YooChun grinned happily, already know what he should do once he gets home.
