Not so new at this

I am not so new at this and still have nothing to really write about. I have tons of papers to write and no ambition to do so. This is a great tool to procrastinate. Does anyone have any advice about how to write a paper on embryonic ownership? or opinions on embryonic ownership?

All joking aside...

The mice created by Philip Leder and Timothy Stewart were patented. Which sets precedent for having mammalian offspring be the legal owners of people. *shrug*

I believe their was a supreme court case stating the unused embryoes belong to that of the clinic, not the person from whom they haversted the sperm or egg. This leads to the ethical question of what to do with the embryoes when the clinic closes. Do they destroy them? Are the considered people? The president believes that they should be considered people, but does not extend the rights that are extended to people that have been born. I am writing a paper on the policy of ownership of the clinic of the embryoes. I was wondering about other opinions on the matter.
