Of course, I cannot help but point out that I have, in fact, met Byakuya, and he even took me to Soul Society, and the world did not explode. So clearly you were mistaken as to the consequences of this event.

That the world is ending? Well obviously it's in a very subtle stage of ending right now. Everyone else is busy playing tennis to notice that their world is at the brink of destruction.

......I BET IT WAS CUSHIONED BY THE SPIRIT ENERGY OF THE OTHER TAICHOUS AND FUKUTAICHOUS. If you had met in the living world, away from all of that power keeping the world together, it would have meant doom for sure.

... But we did meet in the living world. We went to Soul Society from there, but we met there. I couldn't get there on my own, remember?

The exact event is being hidden until the time of the unveiling. It will be terrifying, though. Just be sure not to agree with me anymore, or it just might be that last straw! :O
