[Varric felt good about waking up this morning, he had finished recanting the exploits of the Champion of Kirkwall, telling what had likely been the greatest story he's ever told. He felt pretty full of himself, as he stretched on this...comfortable bed? Sure he kept a "suite" at the Hanged Man...but the bed wasn't ever any more comfortable than

That's just a little troubling.
After a moment to gaze around the bedroom in wonder, she'll pad downstairs in search of some answers. Varric, being unrecognizable in his newfound human form, will only receive a suspicious gaze from Hawke.]
Are you next in line for the "attempts on Hawke's life" game, then?

Hawke! I guess you just aren't one to miss a party now, are you?
[Varric quickly goes back to opening drawers, closet doors and anything he can get his hands on that is openable or movable. He's still not really given any notice to his non-dwarf form.]
So, is this an extremely clever kidnapping or did you manage to take us somewhere even weirder than anything before?

[Having a companion nearby gives her reason to relax a bit, and she allows herself an amused smirk.]
The former, I'd wager. I promise this isn't my fault, for once. [She pauses, watching him rummage through the house curiously.] Lose something, did you?

Huh...I guess you're right.
[Varric finally ceases rummaging, and turns to look at Hawke, crossing his arms over his chest. At least his face doesn't look TOO different.]
I can't find Bianca. The last time we went into the Fade I was still a Dwarf and still had Bianca...so I'm kind of already thinking this isn't the same deal.

So then, what's the situation? Hawke doesn't really know anything either.

[He still, however, simply holds it by the chord, away from his face, instead of putting it up to his ear.]
Daisy, was that you? Andraste's sanctified ass did they get all of us?
[With this development, NOW Varric sounds a little concerned.]

Wait...you know Bianca? I get the strangest feeling we aren't talking about the same thing, here.

Why don't you tell me about this Bianca of yours? I'll see if it matches up.
[Totally not dodging having to talk about his own Bianca, oh no not at all.]
