Random Musings: Super Bowl and Commercials Edition

• Went to a friend's Super Bowl party today. I'm not a big fan of football, but I do understand the game and it's fun to watch with others. That was a great party and a fantastic game. Sorry, I can't contain my joy of seeing the Saints win though I am sorry you lost your bet.

LOL! I hope the ice cream and cake earworm has been cured.

Party was so much fun! The bets we place are usually small, but my dad just kept picking on me to raise the stakes. I really don't mind paying the bet, but taking my parents out to dinner in lieu of that is better.

*laughs* Yes, it's cured, but I'm still picturing the dancing cakes.

Did you take your parents out to dinner yet? Was the bet comparable to cost of dining?

Hee, I hope you found some ribs by the time you read this.

I took them out on Monday. Dinner was less expensive than the actual bet (about $30 per person and bet was $100 total). I was a happy camper because I was able to have my calamari. We went to the Elephant Bar.
