What I've learned about employers:

Dysfunction breeds dysfunction
If you smell a rat, you're probably correct.
High turnover = problems
Criminal record of management = problems
Sales executives have little real skills outside of sales

My experience is that sales executives tend to have little real skill inside of sales either.
