If there's anyone inhabiting houses near the rivers, it would be best if you moved to higher ground ASAP. Those rivers can definitely flood, have done it before, and now would be a good time to get your stuff and find someplace more stable to live, before things get panicky. Well thank you very much. A healthy diet and exercise, that's all it takes.
