I keep meaning to pick up kale when I go to the store, but I always forget :(

It's really bitter and I don't think I would like it any way other than this. I was really surprised to find it at the store and recognize it as the decorative leaves everyone in Kyle's hometown grows in their front yards...

Kale is so good for you! Most green leafy veggies are super healthy. That's kind of cute that his hometown grows it for decorative purposes... I don't think I've found anything like that here!

When I worked at PetCo I was often sent to the grocery store to buy fresh Kale to make little salads for the tortoise :3
