Caramelized Beef Skewers

I'll admit that I'm not the biggest meat eater in the world, but these are ridiculously simple and delicious. A quick sauce consisting of three ingredients and you've got yourself a simple, tasty dinner. I'd serve these with either a green salad, grilled veggies, or rice.
