Yo, I think we were friends at one point on here, but ... now we aren't? lol. And we follow each other on Twitter, too, so. I'm adding you backkk! Apologies if I accidentally cut you; I seem to have done that to a lot of people :o/ misguided clicks ftl.

And: poor Davey :o( that looked so bad. I really hope he's okay. It was inevitable that he was going to get hurt, with the way this Mets season is going, but like THAT? :o(

Okay then! Yeah, a lot of stuff happened, but yay! We're friends again! :D

I was hoping Davey wouldn't get hurt, since everyone was and since he rarely gets hurt, but this is just worse than I could have imagined. I kind of think I want him on the DL, because if the Mets staff rushes him and screws him up like they screwed up Ryan Church, I'm going to be so fuckin' pissed....

Dude, I just saw on mets.com that they're hoping he only misses "a few days". SERIOUSLY? Their season is going nowhere, they should just DL him for the rest of the year and tell him to get ready for February. Why jeopardize the rest of his career? :o/

But you're right, if anyone knows how to mishandle concussions, it's the Mets. I just hope he'll be okay. :o( sigh.

EXACTLY. What is the point of trying to make him play? I know David is stubborn and will want to play, but it's the Mets decision whether he does or not, and it would be in both David's and the team's best interest to DL him.

I know they are going to screw this up and it just makes me sick...
